Today, the school must develop a new system of universal knowledge, skills and experience of individual and personal responsibility of pupils. Social competence determined Council of Europe, one of the core competencies, is interesting because it combines aspects of all other competences: possession of native and foreign language knowledge of the history, religion and culture; Health-jurisdiction; competence improvement.
Teacher of English should carry out systematic and focused approach to the formation of social competence of students by various means and ways. At present the role of the teacher is the role of one of the partners in the educational process, because it is necessary to involve all pupils in creative activities and complement traditional methods and techniques of innovation (information and communication technologies, interactive education, design technology, the technology of psychological and pedagogical design of social development pupils) gives the best results. Our time is a time of radical changes in society. Right now Ukraine needs citizens who are able to make unconventional decisions, to solve various problems; citizens who have well-developed critical thinking; effective communication skills are formed, able to work creatively.
Today the new world of educational technology has formula: «HI-TEACH = Hi - Teach + Philanthropy + Education» (high technology patronage + education).
Why is this so important? New technology increases access to education for everyone - regardless of their place of residence and social status. That is why one of the main person's competences of the future should have perfect knowledge of foreign languages, to feel at ease in the globalized world and not have restrictions in their profession because no foreign language.
Teachers should create an educational environment that will promote value treatment of pupils above all to ourselves. After all, to love others, you must first love yourself. It is therefore necessary to teach students to appreciate themselves. The problem of a healthy lifestyle can be solved by talks, meetings with medical staff trainings. One of the priorities of educational work is spiritual culture education pupils. It is necessary to enrich their spiritual world, to teach children the culture of communication.
In the process of trying to educate pupils I wish to encourage them to debate, to search, often put the problematic question of giving tasks that contribute to the development of logical and imaginative thinking.
